Once, that would have meant little more than seasonal employees dusting off the lounge chairs and balancing the waters ph. Now, it entails celebrity disc jockeys, cabana reservations, and the sound of cash registers jingling. And that says a great deal about Vegas greatest asset — its ability to evolve.
